Nina Ricci fabulous fall winter 2012-13 collection

This season, Peter Copping creates a collection that is mildly nostalgic, inspired by an imaginary
young girl exploring the wardrobe of her mother, grandmother and former generations. Seizing
upon the dressing-up box, clothes are unpicked, re-sewn, cut up and reassembled in an individual manner.

A lot of tweed run throughout this collection. Weaved onto organza for lightness, lurex for that bright shininess, enhanced by lace and printed on silk chiffon. Double-faced cashmere, dry and felted wool, washed lamé and scarf-like silk. Real fur meets fake fur. Light-catching embellishment forged with sparkling jet beads, sequins and lots of crystal.

Now what make up to wear this fall?
As easy and wearable as the colors are in Nina Ricci’s collection such as dusty pink, pale violet, faded plum and deep burgundy. Indulge yourself in a perfect flawless skin with pale violet and intense chocolate brown eyeshadow with a  dab of powdery pink lips. A classic red in your python patchwork handbag is a must….
