- Juice Up Your Skin (Beauty Detox Smoothie)
When? After a party night, with decongested skin, when you feel bloated, when you suffer from dry skin.
- 3 paksoi leaves
- 1 handful of parsley
- One cup of Ananas (frozen)
- The juice of one lemon
- 200 ml coco water
Put all the ingredients mentioned above in the blender. Mix it up and get ready to SHINE
- Forever Young (Smoothie)
When? This smoothie works in contraceptive against fine lines, helps to diminish fine lines and contains a lot of anti -oxidants working on that extra skin glow from the inside out.
- ½ cup of blueberries (frozen)
- ½ cup of raspberries (frozen)
- ½ cup of pumpkin chops
- ½ avocado
- 250 ml Almond milk
Put all the ingredients mentioned above in the blender. Mix it up and get ready to GLOW.
- Instant Beauty (slow)
When? Whenever the skin needs an extra boost. It hydrates and clams the skin
- One stem of celery
- Two apples
- ½ fennel
- ¼ of Cucumber
- 2 cm of ginger
