I am beyond enthusiastic about the glowstarter. It might even be a competitor to my favourite Magic Cream by Charlotte Tilbury. It’s a moisturizer and illuminator in one. Yes! It gives your skin a most radiant glow and can be used as a primer as well. It contains vitamins, botanicals, hyaluronic acid, and TEAOXI™ golden root technology which promises to radiate dull looking skin. The texture is ultra-soft and it smells divine (like sweets, really, and I’m happy to be able to welcome the Glowstarter to my wardrobe.
